Manuscripts should include:
1. Cover sheet with author(s) contact details and brief biographical statement(s).

Instructions for Authors

Manuscripts submitted should be original, not under review by any other publication and not published elsewhere.
The expected word count for submissions to the journal is approximately 7500 words, excluding references. Each paper should be accompanied by an abstract of up to 200 words.  Authors planning to submit manuscripts significantly longer than 7500 words should first contact the Editor at editor@digitalcultureandeducation.com

All pages should be numbered. Footnotes to the text should be avoided and endnotes should be used instead. Sponsorship of research reported (e.g. by research councils, government departments and agencies, etc.) should be declared.

Paper Size: A4

Margins:

Top: 2.5 cm

Bottom: 2.5 cm

Left: 3 cm

Right: 3.5 cm

Header: 1.25 cm

Footer: 1.25 cm

Title: The title should be centered in 16pt Garamond, boldface, all capitalized and paragraph spacing after 24pt.

Authors: The Authors name should be centered in 14pt Garamond.

Abstract: Use the word Abstract as the title, in 14 pt Garamond, boldface, paragraph spacing before 42pt and paragraph spacing after 6pt. The abstract is to be in 12pt Garamond, italics and justified.

Keywords: Use the word Keyword as the title, in 14 pt Garamond, boldface, paragraph spacing before 18pt and paragraph spacing after 6pt. The keywords are to be in 12 pt Garamond and justified.

Main Text: Type your main text in 12 pt Garamond, single spaced and justified. Please do not place any additional blank lines between paragraphs.  The second paragraph and subsequent paragraphs should be indented first line 0.5 cm.

Heading 1: use this style for level one headings (14 pt Garamond, boldface)

Paragraph: use this for the first paragraph in a section, or to continue after an extract. (no indent)

New paragraph: use this style when you need to begin a new paragraph. (.05 indent)

Heading 2: use this style for level two headings

Heading 3: create the heading in italics. Run the text on after a punctuation mark.

Figures and Tables: All figures and tables should have a caption. Figure and table captions should be 12 pt  Garamond. Initially capitalize only the first word of each figure caption and table title. Figures and tables must be numbered separately. For example “Figure 1. Text here”, “Table 1. Text here”. Figure captions are to be centered  below the figures with paragraph spacing after 6pt and paragraph spacing before 6pt. Table titles are to be centered  above the tables, paragraph spacing after 6pt and paragraph spacing before 6pt.

References: The references must be listed alphabetically. References should be 12pt Garamond, justified,  indentation hanging 0,5 cm and paragraph spacing after 2pt. References: APA only. For information see http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/

Acknowledgements: Avoid identifying any of the authors prior to peer review.
